1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Profit Pilot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Profit Pilot is an AI-powered profit analytics dashboard for Shopify merchants. The Service connects to your Shopify store to calculate profit margins, track costs, and generate business insights.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must be the authorized owner or operator of the Shopify store you connect

4. Subscription and Billing

Profit Pilot offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate profit calculations, Profit Pilot relies on the data provided by Shopify and the costs you enter manually. We do not guarantee the accuracy of profit figures, AI insights, or cost categorizations. You should not make critical business decisions based solely on Profit Pilot data without independent verification.

6. AI-Generated Content

Profit Pilot uses artificial intelligence to generate business insights and categorize costs. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Profit Pilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the app from Shopify and contacting us to request account deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
